Why Can't Every Day Be Earth Day?

When I was in preschool we would talk about Earth Day and make crafts. One time my teacher had us cut out little globes, and we listed what we loved about the Earth inside of them. From My Point of View

Hello everyone! As promised, for this blog, I will be talking about some major sources of pollution in my neighborhood. I'm not very familiar with where I live, Garfield Ridge. I moved there 3 years ago but never really explored the neighborhood. I knew the airport was a major source of pollution. Yet, I didn’t think about the effects it would have on my community. I had noticed when I was younger the smell of exhaust while driving on the highway. I never took it into consideration. Here are some photos I took around my neighborhood to learn more about my surroundings with you.
