We in OPCAN, Bike Walk Oak Park (BWOP), Seven Generations Ahead (SGA), and It’s Our Future invite you and your neighbors to join us at a Candidates Forum for Oak Park Board president and trustees in the Community Recreation Center’s (CRC) Community Room on Monday, March 10, from 7:00PM to 8:30PM. Please join us and ensure our climate values are given a voice during this local election!

The evening is a key opportunity to hear from Oak Park’s candidates for Board president and open trustee seats. A moderated session will offer answers on their positions, goals, and concerns about climate, sustainability, and active transportation in Oak Park. There will also be time for you to ask your own questions directly! Light refreshments were provided.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn about these candidates to make your decisions on voting day (April 1, 2025)! It’ll be fun and informative, an action-oriented antidote to despair and worry.
